How do I check availability?

All of our tours feature a booking calander that we can update in real time that shows the availability of each product.

We recomend that if you are making a booking within 24hours of departure or over the weekend, that you call  us first to confirm availability before you make your booking.

Do I need travel insurance?

Aussie Perth Tours strongly recommend that all passengers take out their own travel insurance policy covering personal liability, tour cancellation, missed connections, loss of luggage and personal effects, etc. Aussie Perth Tours will not accept any liability for the above stated.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes your credit card is safe to use on our site, our booking service is tied into very secure payment window that incripts all of your information to a point where even we can’t see the information you have entered.

How do I make changes to my booking?

If you ever need to make a change to your booking, whether it be add on extra people or change the date, all you need to do is send us an email or give us a call, and we will update your booking informaion on our end.


Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (inclusive of GST). There are no hidden charges on any tours. Full day tours include all entry fees and lunch as per tour itinerary. Tour prices are per person and are correct at time of publication. Prices may change without prior notice as per advertised on our websites, brochures and other promotional material. Any discounted rates, offers, promotional rates and tour sales prices are final and will only apply to the specified tour(s) with their relevant tour inclusions and conditions.

Concession prices are available to clients holding Australian Senior Citizen’s Card or Pension Card and to full-time Australian students. Identification (ID) Card may be required for verification purposes at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply for customised pickup/drop offs outside of our complimentary pickup area, or if booking a package over a busy period like school holidays or long weekends like Easter.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless an alternative arrangement has been made, in writing, with a tour consultant of Aussie Perth Tours. Credit Cards processing on Visa or Master Card payments may attract 2% surcharge or processing fee. We also accept AMEX and Diners card payments; however, there is a 3.5 % surcharge or processing fee.

Can I cancel my booking? (Cancellation Policy)

If for any reason (weather, road blocks, minimum numbers not achieved) we can no longer operate a scheduled tour, we will refund the cost of the tour to those clients who have made advance payments in full.

Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee applies to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend all clients have travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once a booking is made, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation by the client:

30+ days prior to date of travel – no charge
30 to 15 days before departure – 25% charge
14 to 8 days before departure – 50% charge
7 days or less before departure or no-show – 100% charge

For personalised packaged tours, any deposits paid are strictly non-refundable, and the balance must be received 1 month prior to the commencement of the tour. If you fail to join a tour or join it after scheduled departure, no tour amount will be refunded. Similarly, if you leave the tour before the scheduled conclusion, no amount of the tour will be refunded.

The above cancellation fees are in addition to cancellation fees that may be applied by accommodation providers or third party tour and transport service providers.

Tour Cancellations

Aussie Perth Tours may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure due to any external event that is beyond our control and restricts us to operate as per the planned itinerary.

In the event of a tour cancellation, clients can choose to transfer to an alternative tour (subject to availability) or receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs.

Aussie Perth Tours are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of your booking including (but not limited to) visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights. Please note that different cancellation policies may apply on tour components provided by third party suppliers, accommodation, etc.

Minimum Numbers Required

A minimum of 4 adults (numbers will be added from multiple bookings) to operate any tour. In the event where minimum numbers are not reached, alternative tours on the same date or alternative travel dates for the same tour will be suggested. We urge you to check the availability or tour validity one week before your confirmed booking date, otherwise, call the office hotline: +61 8 9221 2400 for any urgent matters. For extended day tours alternative tour itinerary including stay in Perth will be provided if the tour booked is not available.

Tour Inclusions

A complimentary pick-up and drop-off service is available from all hotels in the Perth Central Business District and Northbridge areas. Pick up and drop off services may also be available to a number of additional suburb locations on request and may incur a small charge.

Full-day tours include all entry fees, meals (as specified in the relevant tour itinerary), air-conditioned coach and guided tour(s) with commentary. The itinerary of tours outlined on our brochure or the website (www.aussieperthtours.com.au) is a guide only.

Tour Itineraries & Departures

All tours operated by Aussie Perth Tours will require a minimum of 4 adults (numbers will be added from multiple bookings) to operate. In the event that the minimum numbers are not achieved, an alternative tour supplier may be engaged to operate the tour or passengers may be offered alternate tour options for the same or other days equivalent to the original tour booked.

Tour itineraries are intended as a guide only. Please note: Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the sighting or interaction with wild animals (dolphins, seals, whales and sharks etc.) in their natural habitat on relevant tours.

Changes to tour itineraries may be required for unforeseeable events such as road conditions, flooding or mechanical defects. In this event, alternative tour suppliers may be engaged to operate the tours and no refunds will be available in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause beyond our control, including (but not limited to) severe weather conditions.

If you have not been picked up within 15 minutes of your advised departure time for any tour, please phone our operations team on +61 8 9221 2400immediately. Tours will operate according to what is advertised in our brochure and/or website unless otherwise arranged and agreed.

Changes to Confirmed Bookings

Clients can alter their tour bookings and request for alternative and equivalent tour bookings subject to availability, at no extra cost. Once changed, bookings cannot be reverted back to original booking. Cancellation policy as outlined above will apply to such changed/amended bookings.

Travel Conditions & Safety

Some tours offered by Aussie Perth Tours may need to satisfy certain weather conditions in order to operate safely and we (Aussie Perth Tours) will not be held liable if a tour is unavailable or cancelled in the event that weather conditions are unsatisfactory.

Aussie Perth Tours do not guarantee exact pick-up or drop-off times and will not be held liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or any associated costs resulting from such delays.

We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings or baggage while on any of our tours.

Passenger safety is of paramount importance to us and we endeavour to ensure safe transport at all times. We will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss, of any kind, caused by, or resulting from, any act or omission by employees, agents or contractors.

Some tours including an adventure travel option may involve a higher than normal risk and a signed indemnity release form may be required from all passengers before departure or at the time of activity. Aussie Perth Tours accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused as a result of negligence or omission whatsoever by any partner company whose services are used as part of any tour package, including but not restricted to activity operators and accommodation providers.

Child Policy

Children’s fares are available on most tours for children aged between 2 and 12 years inclusive. Infants (0-2 years) are free when travelling with an adult. Aussie Perth Tours reserve the right to not accept children on tours due to safety concerns, specifically adventure and overnight tours.

Concession Fares

Concession fares are available to holders of valid and current senior or pensioner cards and full-time Australian students. Concession fares are also available to YHA Rewards, Ambassador and VIP cardholders at the time of booking.

Bringing Luggage on Tours (What to Pack)

On extended and overnight tours baggage is limited to a strict 15kg maximum due to limited luggage space available and the use of soft bags are preferred. We suggest you include the following essential items: non-slip walking shoes (sneakers), sunscreen, hat, beach towel, bathers, flashlight, camera and a bottle of drinking water. We recommend that any items of value, including electronic items, should not be carried on tour. Aussie Perth Tours will accept no liability to loss, theft or damage of personal items. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Tour & Accommodation Packages

Costs based on three-star twin share accommodation during low season. Seasonal surcharges apply outside of low season. As prices vary based on travel dates, be flexible with dates to get the for the best deals! Itinerary and vehicle types subject to change without notice. Subject to limited availability at these prices, after which higher prices apply, surchages apply on public holidays and during peak periods.

Covid Disruptions

Should your tour/package be disrupted due to the ongoing Covid situation, you will be offered a credit, that will allow your tour/package to be rescheduled to a later time, when you will be able to undertake your chosen activity.
