1. In order to make a reservation with Aussie Perth Tours you must have either;
2. Cancellation Policy: The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
-- All deposits are strictly non-refundable, and the balance must be received 1 month prior to commencement
-- More than 1 month prior to tour or accommodation commencement – 20% charge
-- Between 1 week and 1 month prior to tour commencement – 30% charge
-- Between 96 hours and 1 week prior to tour commencement – 50% charge
-- Less than 96 hours prior to tour commencement / no shows – 100% charge
For special events like CHOGM, business fairs etc., a different cancellation policy applies as follow:
- More than 60 working days prior to travel, 20% charge.
- Less than 60 working days prior to travel, 25% charge.
- Less than 30 working days prior to travel, 30% charge.
- Less than 10 working days prior to travel, 50% charge.
- Less than 5 working days prior to travel, 100% charge.
**** Please note: Ring the office on (08) 9221 2400 or (08) 9402 8000 if you cannot locate the tour coach, within 10min of the stipulated. No refunds will be given if you miss the tour.
3. Aussie Perth Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter tours without notice as deemed necessary.
-- Tour itineraries are intended as a guide only.
-- Alterations may come about due to road conditions, flooding, mechanical defects or other reasons.
-- Any additional expenses incurred by the passenger are not the company’s responsibility.
-- Aussie Perth Tours and/or its agents and employees are unable to guarantee
exact arrival or departure times.
-- The company will not be liable for failure to make connections with any other service.
-- In the event of a breakdown or other mechanical defect, the operator reserves the
right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure operation of tour.
-- Minimum numbers of passengers are required for tours, which may be formed of
several different groups of people.
-- Group discounts available.
4. The ‘Adult’ rate shall apply to those aged 12 or higher, with the exception of those
who are either students or holders of valid YHA or VIP cards, to whom the ‘Concession’
rate will apply. The ‘Child’ rate will apply to those aged 2 to 12, while the ‘Infant’ rate
(which is free of charge) will apply to those below 2 years of age.
5. All fares stated on this web page are correct at the time of entry. Prices are valid until
31st December 2011. Prices are fully inclusive of GST at a rate of 10%.
6. Tours are inclusive of what is specifically stated only.
7. Aussie Perth Tours strongly recommends that all passengers carry travel insurance.
