CANCELLATION POLICY
The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation of any tour, accommodation or charters:
-- All deposits are strictly nonrefundable, and the balance must be received 1 month prior to commencement
-- More than 1 month prior to tour or accommodation commencement – 20% charge
-- Between 1 week and 1 month prior to tour commencement – 30% charge
-- Between 96 hours and 1 week prior to tour commencement – 50% charge
-- Less than 96 hours prior to tour commencement / no show – 100% charge

**** Please note: Ring the office on (08) 9221 2400 or (08) 9402 8000 if you cannot locate the tour coach within the 10 min of the stipulated time given to you. No refund will be given if you miss the tour.
